Massage Treatments Swedish: Reduces tension, helps to increase circulation and promote relaxation. Full Body. Deep Tissue: Deep movements, more localized strokes. Includes some stretches. Based on client's needs. Hot Stone: Heated stones are used to penetrate deep within muscle tissue to relieve muscles and aid in complete relaxation. Full Body. Those who are pregnant should not schedule hot stone massage. Mother to Be: Uses Swedish and Reflexology to stimulate blood flow and lymph fluids. Specific to pregnancy concerns (sciatic nerve issues, low back and hip pain, foot ache). Those who are pregnant should wait until their 2nd trimester before scheduling massage. Aromatherapy: Essential oils are discussed prior to treatment, and client's choice is used in a base oil during the massage. Full body. Reflexology: Don't have time for a full massage, but still want to reap the benefits? Try hand or foot reflexology. Chair: Only have time for a couple minutes? Don't want to take time to undress? Chair massage is the answer. Perfect for the lunch hour, or as an add on to a service. Upper body.
